OAK Engineering was founded in 2017 by partners Luke Bugenske, PE and Greg Welsh, PE, both registered professional engineers with over 35 combined years of land development experience.

As a team they've designed over 10 million square-feet of industrial, office and retail space since 2013.  They work closely with brokers, developers, and the economic development community to attract projects and new investment to the Carolinas and Georgia.  Clients look to them to identify suitable sites, estimate development costs, provide executable concept plans and development strategies.
